IP databases can disagree, and a destination service may use a different geolocation provider from the test page.

Steps

1. Confirm the selected location and generated credentials.
2. Check the outbound IP with more than one reputable IP database.
3. Start a new rotating session when a fresh assignment is required.
4. Clear destination cookies only when appropriate for the test.
5. Provide the IP and conflicting database results to support without sharing credentials.

For account-specific values, use the endpoint, port, credentials, and location shown in your MaskProxy dashboard. Do not publish proxy credentials in screenshots, tickets, or public code repositories.
