Login and Security are mainly used to protect backend accounts. Please use an independent and strong enough login password, and do not mix the background login password and the proxy connection password.

Change login password

• Log in to the MaskProxy dashboard.
• Click on the avatar or account entry in the upper right corner.
• Select "Change Password".
• Enter the current password and new password and save.
• After the modification is completed, log in again and confirm that you can enter the background normally.

Security Recommendation

If you suspect that the proxy connection password is leaked, please go to "My Proxy" to reset the corresponding proxy credentials; if you suspect that the background account is abnormal, please change the login password first and contact support to check the account status.

Before formal batch use, it is recommended to use a browser or a command to complete the connection test to confirm that the exit IP, target region, protocol and business software configuration are all normal. If you need support assistance, please provide the proxy type, target region, error message and test time.
