This article explains how to purchase and renew static residential proxy - IP. Static proxy uses a fixed IP for a fixed duration. When purchasing, you usually need to select the region, quantity and duration.

Step 1: Enter the store

1. Log in to the MaskProxy console.
2. Click "Store" on the left.
3. Select the product corresponding to "Static Residential IP".
4. View available countries/regions, quantity, duration, price and activity information.

Step 2: Select specifications

• Region: Select the country/region that your business needs.
• Quantity: Plan based on the number of accounts, tasks or projects.
• Duration: Select according to the usage period.
• Budget: Confirm single IP cost and total price.

Step 3: Pay and check activation

1. Confirm order summary.
2. Select the payment method currently available on the page to complete the payment.
3. Enter "My Proxy" and open the corresponding static proxy page.
4. Confirm that the newly purchased IP is displayed in the IP list.

How to renew

Static proxy renewal usually revolves around the remaining days of the IP, expiration time and automatic renewal status. You can check the remaining days in the IP list and renew manually or turn on automatic renewal according to the available operations on the page.

Notes

• Please check the balance and automatic renewal status in advance before expiration.
• If the IP has expired or is in abnormal status, do not continue configuring the formal task.
• After purchasing, do a connection test first and then bind it to a long-term business.
