Estimation method

• Dynamic class estimates page size and number of requests based on GB traffic.
• Static class estimates the number of IPs based on the number of accounts, the number of fixed sessions, or the target region.
• High failure rates should generally be optimized first for frequency and environment, rather than just increasing quantity.
