This column explains how to use MaskProxy in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari and common proxy extensions. Suitable for manual access, quick testing and single-browser proxy configuration.

What needs to be prepared before configuration

  • MaskProxy host, port, user name and password in the background.
  • Required protocol: HTTP or SOCKS5 protocol.
  • The remaining GB traffic of dynamic proxy, or the effective IP of static proxy.
  • A website or cURL command to test the egress IP.
  1. First confirm that the product is available in the MaskProxy dashboard.
  2. Copy proxy parameters.
  3. Select HTTP or SOCKS5 protocol in third-party tools.
  4. Fill in the host, port, username, and password.
  5. After saving, test the connection before using it for official tasks.
