We may modify any part of these Terms by posting a revised version on the Website and/or by sending an email to your most recent email address on file. We may also change the Website, the Service, or any of its features at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under any account you use to access the Service, whether or not such activity is authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from a stolen, compromised, or misused password. For security reasons, we do not know your current password and can only reset it for you.

You represent and warrant that you will use MaskProxy in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service meets any legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that apply to you. You agree to indemnify us for any loss (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms and agree not to hold us liable for such losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Website or the Service, including any downloads or interactions with third-party content. We and our Team shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of data, even if such damages result from our negligence or we were advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the materials on the Website and the Service on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us and our Team harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: any claim you make that is inconsistent with the “Limitation of Liability” or any other provision of these Terms; and any third-party claim that you, or anyone using your account, has violated these Terms or any applicable law, if such claim is true.
If we bring any legal action against you for violating these Terms and we prevail, we are entitled to recover our reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs in addition to any damages or other relief we may obtain.
We and our Team are not responsible for the actions, content, or services of advertisers, linked websites, or other Members. The Service is provided for research purposes only, and you are solely responsible for how you use any information or results obtained through the Service.
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any other person or entity without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement to any other individual or entity at our discretion.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure in the performance of the Service resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, changes in laws or regulations, embargoes, war, acts of terrorism, riots, fires, earthquakes, nuclear accidents, epidemics, floods, strikes, power outages, volcanic activity, unusually severe weather, or actions of hackers or third-party internet service providers.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be deleted or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No amendment or modification to these Terms is effective until a revised version has been posted on the Website or otherwise made available to you in writing. Any waiver of a provision of these Terms must be in writing and issued by us to be effective. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You agree to provide all documents and take any actions reasonably necessary to enable you to comply with these Terms and to enable us to provide the Service. Thank you for taking the time to review the MaskProxy policies.
